Job summary

Pilates Addiction Denver is launching a new studio and seeks an energetic Studio Manager to lead membership growth, sales, and operations from the ground up. You will build a great team, shape the member experience, and drive community engagement as we open our first Denver location.

You will report to the Owner and collaborate with the Lead Educator to recruit, train, and oversee staff, while creating a welcoming, premium environment that supports retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in fitness, hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, or membership-based business.
• Confident relationship-builder who enjoys selling and is motivated by results.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Boutique fitness/presale experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to start soon is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and studio sales to achieve growth targets.
• Build partnerships, organize events, and community activations.
• Lead Sales Associates and coordinate staffing with the Lead Educator.
• Deliver premium member experience and maintain studio standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and take ownership of commitments.
