MBodied Strength, a Seattle-based private and semi-private fitness studio, is expanding to a flagship Capitol Hill location and seeks a Studio Manager-in-waiting. You will help transition operations, support scheduling, and mentor a growing team, with a path toward owning the business alongside the Owner.
The role emphasizes leadership development, hands-on operations, hiring support, marketing collaboration, and a long-term career in driving growth for the studio.
MBodied Strength is a leading personal training studio in Seattle, offering private and semi-private strength training for the city's high-performing women. We teach mobility, strength, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that help our clients feel as confident in their bodies as they do in their careers.
We're expanding from our small, intimate studio into a larger space in the heart of Capitol Hill. To grow into this new space without losing the high-touch service we're known for, we're looking for a high-potential Studio Manager – someone eager to step into a leadership role and help us build something special.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company in the midst of exciting growth. The Studio Manager will play a key role in the transition from our current studio space into our brand-new flagship location in Seattle's Capitol Hill. During the first three months, you'll work closely with the Owner to support scheduling, operational coordination, and the studio launch process.
This isn't just a management role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career. As you grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility across operations, leadership, hiring, marketing and business strategy, with the opportunity to become the Owner's right-hand leader as we continue to expand.
You'll have meaningful ownership from day one. We trust our leaders to take initiative, solve problems and continuously improve the business while being supported by the Owner.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You naturally notice problems and enjoy finding solutions. You take pride in helping a team succeed and treat the business like it's your own.
Our goal is to develop someone who can eventually run the day-to-day operations of the business, allowing the Owner to focus on vision, strategy and future growth.
Compensation grows with increased responsibility and studio performance.
We're not hiring a manager. We're hiring a future leader of this business.
