Studio Manager – BODY20

As a Studio Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive daily and weekly membership sales by generating organic leads, building strong community connections, and creating a high‑performance sales culture. You will be the face of the studio—leading from the front, closing memberships, and developing a team that consistently hits goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a high‑performing, sales‑driven team focused on conversions, community engagement, and excellent member experience.
  • Implement daily lead generation strategies, including outreach, referral programs, and grassroots marketing (local partnerships, pop‑ups, events).
  • Oversee in‑studio operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for prospects and members at all times.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of sales role‑play, training, and coaching sessions to continuously elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate and marketing teams to execute presale and grand opening campaigns, as well as ongoing sales drivers and promotional strategies.
  • Organize and attend community and in‑studio events designed to drive lead volume and boost brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, referrals, revenue), taking action to course‑correct when needed.
  • Engage on social platforms and ensure team participation in studio‑level marketing efforts, such as testimonial campaigns and member spotlights.
  • Ensure adherence to BODY20's systems, sales processes, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a high‑performance environment (fitness, wellness, or membership‑based service preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales goals consistently
  • 2+ years in customer service or member‑facing roles
  • Prior experience with community marketing or lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing a location generating $600K+ in annual revenue
  • Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
As a Studio Manager, You Are
  • Sales‑minded and highly motivated by hitting targets
  • Charismatic, community‑oriented, and energized by connecting with people
  • A confident coach and motivator with high accountability standards
  • Adaptable, solutions‑driven, and resourceful
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and growing a business from the ground up
Desired Attributes
  • Passionate, positive, detail oriented, and able to talk to anyone
  • Enjoys teamwork and wants to be part of a world‑class fitness company
