Job summary

MBodied Strength, a Seattle-based private and semi-private fitness studio, is expanding to a flagship Capitol Hill location and seeks a Studio Manager-in-waiting. You will help transition operations, support scheduling, and mentor a growing team, with a path toward owning the business alongside the Owner.

The role emphasizes leadership development, hands-on operations, hiring support, marketing collaboration, and a long-term career in driving growth for the studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in health, wellness, fitness, or related service industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and then own discovery calls, converting qualified leads into new clients.
• Support transition from current operations to the new studio.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and system setup as part of the studio launch.
• Help manage day-to-day operations while building knowledge of backend systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure a smooth studio opening.
