Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Skilled in generating leads through events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and digital.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach goals.

Responsabilités

• Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Lead and coach a motivated sales team focused on connection and accountability.
• Social media management for local reach and engagement.
• Foster community relationships through grassroots marketing and partnerships.
• Create meaningful member experiences and encourage referrals with a personal touch.
• Maintain a polished studio environment and BODYBAR standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee retail operations, ensuring stock and merchandising align with the brand.
• Manage administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies efficiently.
• Engage with members before and after class to build a welcoming community.
