BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand seeking a Fitness Manager to lead studio operations, programming, and member engagement across our Fort Worth location. You will oversee classes, grow the instructor team, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in fitness, 2+ in management, a relevant certification, and a passion for community. Join us to shape memorable workouts, foster connection, and build a thriving BODYBAR community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field, or accredited personal training/group fitness certification, or 500-hour Pilates cert.
• Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in leadership/management
• Proficient with Google Workspace and quick to learn new tech
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver powerful class experiences by teaching ~15 BODYBAR classes per week, bringing energy, consistency, and community to every session.
• Lead with a service-first mindset by creating standout member experiences rooted in professionalism, positivity, and connection.
• Build a high-performing instructor team by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting talent to ensure top-tier class delivery.
• Collaborate on studio growth by partnering with leadership to drive sales, foster local partnerships, and lead outreach efforts that grow the BODYBAR community.
• Own the class schedule by strategically building and managing the lineup to meet client demand, support instructors, and maximize engagement.
• Drive performance through data by tracking KPIs and using insights to inform decisions and elevate operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness by managing maintenance needs, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
• Foster a strong studio culture by actively engaging with members before, during, and after class to build lasting community.
