BÜNDA, a specialized fitness studio in Chicago, seeks a Studio Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. This full-time, on-site role covers front desk, class schedules, cleanliness, and brand-aligned operations while coaching staff and coordinating with instructors.

You will drive membership growth through active sales conversations, outreach, and retention initiatives, reporting metrics to ownership and shaping events and promotions for ongoing studio success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service to engage members.
• Team leadership and project management to supervise staff and schedules.
• Sales skills to promote memberships and add-ons while retaining members.
• Organizational and time-management skills for smooth operations.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail management is beneficial.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk procedures and class schedules.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory, coordinating with staff.
• Lead and supervise team members on the studio floor.
• Support events and promotions and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Drive membership growth through sales conversations and retention efforts.
• Report key metrics to ownership and implement operational improvements.
