Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of leadership in a fitness studio or boutique setting.
• Confidence coaching with a mic and leading varied skill classes.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fitness software like MindBody or similar platforms.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Solutions-oriented leader who handles challenges resourcefully.
• Certification in Pilates, yoga, personal training or group fitness is optional if training.

Aufgaben

• Oversee scheduling, studio flow, staff coverage, quality of instruction and cleanliness standards.
• Drive local marketing, lead generation, studio tours, and membership conversions.
• Hire, mentor, and develop trainers and membership specialists.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy studio culture to promote retention.
• Track performance metrics (sales, attendance, retention) and apply growth strategies.
• Maintain equipment and safety protocols; keep studio cleanliness top-notch.
• Create and manage engaging social media content to promote the studio and acquisitions.
• Coach FS8 sessions across Pilates, tone, and yoga formats (not required, but a plus).
