FS8 is operated by FIT 845 LLC, a growing fitness group with premium boutique studios across the Pacific Northwest. The Studio Manager will lead daily operations, coach development, and deliver a best-in-class member experience while driving retention and culture across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes owner-minded leadership with a hands-on coaching focus, staff development, and adherence to FS8 standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required.
• Pilates certification welcome but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and operational consistency.
• Ability to lead calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or hospitality experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and maintain brand standards.
• Develop coaches through feedback, mentoring, and accountability.
• Deliver a premium, personalized member experience and drive retention.
• Collaborate with sales to support membership growth and KPIs.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training FS8 coaches; manage schedules.
• Track certifications and training compliance; ensure safety and equipment upkeep.
• Deliver 8–10 FS8 classes per week, including some weekends; ensure quality class delivery.
