Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our ear-piercing studio in Columbus Circle, NY. You will drive customer service, safety, and sales while managing a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.

You will coach staff, schedule, monitor inventory, and partner with marketing on launches. The role demands hospitality, strong leadership, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience of 3–5 years in a service environment.
• Strong leadership and customer-obsessed approach on the selling floor.
• Jewelry retail experience is a plus and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver celebratory customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a studio team to meet targets and standards.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Train and onboard staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with marketing.
