Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences in a fast-growing wellness company. You will oversee a studio, coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners, and ensure a high-performing team.

You’ll monitor KPIs, manage schedules, and coach the team to meet sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service and a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage performance metrics, familiar with KPIs and basic business performance reporting.

As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one Stretch Zone studio, drive membership growth, and help members experience the life-changing benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and service.

What We Offer

Compensation

• Hourly Compensation: $24.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Annual Base Compensation: Approximately $50,000–$56,000
• Performance Bonus Opportunity: Up to $10,000–$15,000+ annually based on studio performance
• Total Earning Opportunity: $60,000–$70,000+

A Day in the Life

Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.

As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.

Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching your Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners, reviewing schedules, answering phones, following up on prospective members and missed appointments, and supporting the team in achieving membership sales goals.

You’ll demonstrate how to effectively communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching while ensuring every member receives an exceptional experience.

Between appointments, you’ll review key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor revenue, memberships, retention, labor efficiency, and daily performance to ensure the studio is on track to achieve its goals.

When challenges arise, you’ll resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements

Required

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience
