Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager in Florida. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high‑performing team delivering practitioner‑assisted stretching. You will manage schedules, coach up to five Sales Associates, and ensure a culture of excellence and service.

You will drive membership sales, track KPIs, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals while providing a welcoming and caring environment for members.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure they feel cared for.
• Lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.
• Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
