Job summary

Stretch Zone in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience practitioner-assisted stretching—while leading and developing a high‑performing team.

You will manage schedules, coach sales associates, track KPIs, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals with a personal touch.

Qualifications

Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
Retail sales experience with cash handling and KPIs.
Familiar with P&L concepts and healthcare/wellness focus.
Genuine passion for health, wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Open/close the studio, keep it clean and welcoming for members.
Greet members by name, check in, and ensure a high quality experience.
Lead and coach up to 5 Sales Associates, monitor schedule and KPIs.
Drive membership sales by explaining the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
Track performance metrics and ensure daily/monthly goals are met.
Build a culture of excellence, accountability and service.

A Day in the Life

Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements
