Job summary

Stretch Zone in Charlotte seeks a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team in delivering practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, handle member inquiries, and ensure top-notch service while tracking KPIs and achieving daily and monthly studio goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.
• Passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the studio and ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort and care.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Drive membership sales by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and meeting daily/monthly goals.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example - coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you’re tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you’re there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
