Job summary

Stretch Zone is opening a new Upper East Side studio and seeks a Studio Manager to drive membership growth, lead a 4+ person team, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will oversee daily operations, manage check-ins, and guide sales efforts to meet targets while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with nearby locations for sales support, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a culture of service, excellence, and growth.

Qualifications

• Membership sales experience required.
• Experience leading a team of 4+ people.
• Retail sales experience with KPIs and P&L familiarity.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure a clean, organized space for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and provide a welcoming experience.
• Lead by example—manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and help the studio hit daily/monthly goals.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.

As a Studio Manager of the Upper East Side location, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. We are opening this studio July 14th and are super excited!!

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.


• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.


• Throughout the day, you lead by example checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.


• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your primary role is to grow the business and assist Stretch Practitioners in doing what they do best.


• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
