Stretch Zone in the United States is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a small team of Sales Associates.

You’ll welcome members, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure a high standard of service, all while delivering on sales goals and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling and KPI awareness.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio for daily operations and greet members by name.
• Coach up to 2–3 Sales Associates, monitor schedules, and support membership sales goals.
• Respond to member questions, resolve issues professionally, and maintain KPIs.
• Track performance metrics and ensure daily/monthly goals are met.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.


• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.


• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.


• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.


• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.


• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
