Job summary

Stretch Zone is opening a new Upper East Side studio and seeks a Studio Manager to drive membership growth and oversee daily operations. You will lead a high-performing team, greet and serve members, and manage appointments while upholding exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and provide a welcoming environment.
• Lead by example: manage schedule, answer phones, and follow up on appointments.
• Help meet membership sales goals by communicating the value of Stretch Zone services.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure daily/monthly goals are achieved.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

As a Studio Manager of the Upper East Side location, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. We are opening this studio July 14th and are super excited!!

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.


• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.


• Throughout the day, you lead by example checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.


• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your primary role is to grow the business and assist Stretch Practitioners in doing what they do best.


• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Membership Sales Experience


• Experience managing a team of 4+


• Retail sales experience (KPIs, P&L familiarity).


• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
