Life Time, Inc. is seeking a hands-on club leader who owns 2–4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training) and mentors the teams of performers and coaches.

You will drive branded programs, manage department goals and budgets, and build communities while boosting overall club performance. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, performance coaching, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and teaching 4 classes per week to stay connected with offerings and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial work.
• Proven ability to mentor and cultivate the career path of team members.
• Experience building high performing teams and mentoring staff.
• Familiar with managing a budget and staff and offering schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely and clear support and performance management, including policy enforcement and development opportunities.
• Optimizes cross-functional teamwork by aligning with club and company leaders on initiatives and goals.
• Builds positive relationships with members and staff to foster community.
• Manages schedules for staff and for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training offerings.
• Keeps up-to-date on market developments and best practices.
• Manages a budget and delivers on club business goals and participation targets.
• Teaches 4 classes/week to assess offerings and incorporate member feedback.
