Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Phoenix seeks an experienced Club Operations Leader who owns 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and/or Signature Group Training) and guides performance through coaching, branded programs, and community-building.

You will interview candidates, onboard new hires, mentor teams, optimize cross-functional workflows, manage budgets and schedules, and lead class offerings while maintaining Life Time’s standards and member experience.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness or Yoga Certification is required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification is required.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience managing budgets and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts candidate interviews, and guides onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely feedback and performance management aligned to policies.
• Optimizes cross-functional team effectiveness with club and company leaders.
• Develops positive relationships with members, staff, and peers to build community.
• Manages schedules for staff and for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training offerings.
• Stays up-to-date on market trends and best practices in the industry.
• Manages budgets and drives club-specific business goals and participation targets.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess offerings and respond to member feedback.
