Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in shaping the studio's tone, mission, and values. You will motivate and support the team to meet studio goals while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

As a leadership team member, you will drive membership sales, manage daily operations, and uphold standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role offers growth within a cutting-edge infrared wellness brand.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Studio Manager on SOP implementation and ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants maintain daily standards.
Assisting in the training, coaching, and development of team members.
Bringing positive, team-first energy and making Perspire Sauna Studio exceptional to work at.
Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team members.
Communicating updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols in the Studio Manager's absence.
Leading the team with strong membership sales; measured by conversion and sales performance charts.
Maintaining high visibility and hospitable guest service at all times.
Resolving guest complaints or membership issues with top-tier service.
Promoting IR Saunas and Perspire memberships to guests.
Understanding and speaking about the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.
Ensuring front desk systems are followed (check-in, inquiries, consent forms, studio tours, delinquent accounts, new memberships).
Mindbody experience is a plus.
Performing weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing functions.
Performing daily/weekly studio inspections to maintain operation standards and equipment functionality.
