Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience building high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
• Familiarity with managing budgets and staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely support and performance feedback aligned with company policies.
• Optimizes cross-functional team effectiveness and aligns with club/company goals.
• Develops positive relationships with members, team members, and direct reports to build communities.
• Manages schedules for staff and class offerings across Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training.
• Keeps current with market trends and best practices in the fitness industry.
• Manages budgets and drives attainment of participation and performance targets.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess offerings and respond to member feedback.
