Job summary

Life Time in the United States seeks a proactive in-center leader to own and oversee the Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training operations. You will recruit, coach, and develop top performers, manage department goals and budgets, and drive community engagement while delivering branded programs that enhance club performance.

You will also schedule classes, mentor staff, monitor market trends, and collaborate with club leadership to achieve participation targets and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.
• At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely support and performance feedback, enforcing policies and expectations.
• Optimizes cross‑functional team effectiveness with club and company leaders.
• Builds relationships with members and staff to foster community.
• Manages schedules for direct reports and class offerings across Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training.
