Job summary

Life Time seeks a dynamic business owner/operator for in-center studios, cycles, yoga, and wellness programs. You will recruit, interview, onboard, and lead coaching teams, while aligning department goals with Life Time's brand and member experience.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional initiatives, while teaching 4 classes weekly to stay connected with offerings and member feedback. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and mentoring career paths.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and oversees onboarding of new hires.
• Provides performance feedback and develops team through coaching.
• Optimizes cross-functional team effectiveness and aligns with business goals.
• Builds member and staff relationships to foster community.
• Manages schedules for staff and class offerings across Life Time programs.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess and refine offerings.
• Monitors market trends and manages club budgets and goals.
