Job summary
Life Time, based in California, seeks a Club Operations Leader who will own 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and/or signature group offerings) and lead the associated teams of performers and coaches. You will drive branded programs, department goals, budgets, and overall club performance while cultivating community among members and staff.
The role requires certifications in Group Fitness and/or Yoga and Fitness/Nutrition, 2+ years of leadership, and a track record of building
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or managerial work.
- Proven collaboration with team members.
- Experience building high-performing teams and mentoring career paths.
- Experience managing budgets and staff schedules.
Responsibilities
- Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and oversees onboarding.
- Provides team with performance management and policy guidance.
- Optimizes cross-functional teams and aligns with company goals.
- Builds positive relationships with members and teams.
- Manages schedules for staff and class offerings.
- Stays up-to-date on market developments and best practices.
- Manages a budget and delivers club goals.
- Teaches 4 classes per week to assess and adjust offerings.
