Job summary

Zimmerman Advertising is seeking an IT Studio Support Engineer to maintain and optimize the technology platforms powering our broadcast production, studio operations, and media environments.

You will oversee video control rooms, editing suites, digital media workflows, and live-stream platforms, collaborating with production, creative, facilities, and IT teams to ensure high availability and scalable solutions for fast-paced production needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in broadcast engineering, AV event support, or enterprise IT.
• Strong proficiency across macOS, Windows, and Linux in an enterprise setting.
• Experience supporting mission-critical media production and live events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain high-performance AV and IT systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Provide rapid-response live operations support during mission-critical broadcasts and events.
• Support wired/wireless networks, intercoms, and media workflows (SDI/NDI/IP).
• Contribute to studio development including video walls, control rooms, and dedicated media environments.
