Job summary
Professional Search Group is seeking a Production System Engineer to support studio production systems, data networking, and Enterprise TSASE TV infrastructure in Burbank. You will perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of broadcast endpoints, office equipment, and related software.
Responsibilities include end-user support across PC/Mac, incident resolutions, asset management, and collaborating with adjacent tech teams.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, and user provisioning.
- Image build and deployment experience for enterprise endpoints.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user production/workplace support including incident resolutions and asset management.
- Assist during broadcast/media production hours, including nights and weekends as scheduled.
- Manage and support network infrastructure services for multiple locations.
- Collaborate with other tech teams and external partners to implement resolutions.
- Support production network and hardware across teams and sites.
- Coordinate office moves and asset reallocations, and perform OS imaging tasks.
