Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Broadcast & IT Support Engineer to maintain and repair broadcast and IT equipment in studio and outside broadcast facilities. The role requires broad IT knowledge and a focus on customer service in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include in-house production support, collaboration with teams, and adherence to ITSM processes while providing reliable technical assistance to ensure smooth live and recorded programming.

Qualifications

• A willingness to perform varied tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and the ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
• We expect BIT engineers to build good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written) are required.

Responsibilities

• In-house production support of live and recorded programming with strong knowledge of broadcast IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with broadcast/multimedia systems and computers in production environments.
• Coordinate with team members and other support groups; follow ITSM processes and document issues/requests.
