Job summary

The Guardian US is seeking a Multimedia Systems Engineer Lead to standardize, deploy, and maintain its AV infrastructure across three offices. You will own 8+ conference rooms, room-scheduling displays, studio spaces, and digital signage, reporting to the IT Director (US).

The role blends hands-on endpoint support with hardware deployments, field gear, and live event production, offering growth as Guardian US scales its multimedia operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting AV infrastructure, IT endpoints, or broadcast systems in corporate/media settings.
• Experience configuring enterprise video conferencing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Standardize, configure, and maintain AV hardware, room panels, newsroom displays, and signage across NYC, DC, LA.
• Manage live audio/visual for All-Hands meetings and events.
• Oversee hardware asset tracking and maintenance schedules.
