Job summary

DOGPOUND is seeking a General Manager in New York to oversee trainers and staff, drive membership sales, manage accounts, programming, and onboarding. Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fitness, hospitality or health and wellness settings with 5+ years in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage budgets.
• 4-year college degree in business, marketing, hospitality or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local Trainers and Support Staff, managing operations and staffing.
• Drive revenue and membership growth while ensuring service quality.
• Lead sales initiatives, events, and gym promotions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to align with DOGPOUND culture.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, onboarding, and smooth event execution.
