Responsibilities

• Lead and train front desk and care teams to deliver top customer service.
• Oversee grooming, scheduling, safety, and client records.
• Manage controllable expenses, forecast needs, and reorder supplies.
• Develop revenue through up-selling and dog evaluations.
• Onboard employees and ensure training to standard.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and enforce Dogtopia safety rules.
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning, dog and first aid supplies.
