Dogtopia is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading a team dedicated to exceptional customer service and dog care. The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining front desk standards, and up-selling to grow revenue.

You will help schedule the team, monitor daily operations, and foster a positive, safety-focused workplace where dogs are well cared for and clients leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience managing others in a supervisory role.
• Strong supervisory and delegation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading the team and delivering top customer service.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area with professional appearance.
• Coach staff on Dogtopia-isms and customer service standards.
• Schedule staff and monitor daily coverage for optimal team performance.
• Drive revenue through up-selling and dog care evaluations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality of care for all dogs.
