Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Establish a professional, positive, accountable, and high-energy workplace culture.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and overall studio profitability.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and recommend programs.
• Ensure the team delivers an exceptional client experience.
• Monitor studio performance, operational reports, sales activity and KPIs.
• Maintain company policies, operating procedures, and brand standards.
