Stretch Zone is hiring a General Manager to lead daily studio operations and drive performance. You will recruit and train a high-performing team, manage revenue and memberships, and uphold exceptional client experiences across the studio.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for health and mobility, with paid training and certification provided by Stretch Zone.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Understanding of revenue, expenses, and performance goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to complete Stretch Zone training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and financial performance.
