Job summary

CycleBar Ashburn is seeking a General Manager for our state-of-the-art Ashburn studio. You will drive memberships, renewals, and retail revenue while delivering a premium, high-energy fitness experience.

Under the franchise owner and CycleBar leadership, you will lead sales, coach the CBX team, manage staff schedules, and build lasting member relationships to grow community and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Strong writing, grammar, and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking.
• Membership sales and revenue growth for studio.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise CBX teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Plan networking events and studio promotions.
• Drive marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversion.
