Club Pilates in Eden Prairie is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee all studio functions including sales and instructors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

With a potential total compensation up to $78,000 including bonuses, the position offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Ability to drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Manage staff schedule and train Sales Associates.
