Job summary

Club Pilates Cherry Hills Village is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. You will lead membership growth, hire/train Sales Associates, and manage a team while ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless studio operations.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in retail or fitness sales, strong English communication, and proficiency with ClubReady software. Competitive base salary with bonus potential, health benefits, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data management and studio software.
• Ability to lead sales efforts and train Sales Associates.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, instructor training.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
• Membership sales
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensure studio retail/products stocked with accurate inventory
• Train and supervise Sales Associates
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio
• Proficiency in ClubReady and generating revenue/attendance reports
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor/disciplines as needed
• Make decisions related to high-level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure forms and studio literature are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
