Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a General Manager for the Hillsboro, OR Club Pilates studio. You will oversee membership and retail sales, drive membership growth, and lead instructor performance and evaluation.

You will hire, train, and manage Sales Associates, directing daily studio operations with a focus on top-tier service and results. The role requires strong sales experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage four revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness sales or retail/service sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train staff in sales processes.
• Management of four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation and networking to drive new members.
• Drive membership sales and monitor growth against targets.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate inventory levels in studio shop.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates; hire/instruct instructors as needed.
• Proficiency in ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting; mentor staff.
