Qualifications

• Excellent sales experience (2+ years) in retail, service, or fitness.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation and convert prospects into Intro classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales growth.
• Hire/train/manage Sales Associates and instructors at the studio.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and studio operations.
