Job summary

Alchemy Tattoo Collective in St. Louis is seeking a hands-on front desk and marketing assistant to keep the shop organized, welcoming, and online active. This part-time role involves interacting with clients, scheduling, payments, and maintaining shop records.

You will photograph and film tattoos, create Instagram Reels and Stories, write captions, and help promote artists and shop events. Weekend availability is required Friday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Weekend shifts required on a regular basis.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking photos and videos throughout the workday.
• Experience creating social media content (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist scheduling, check-in, checkout, and payments.
• Handle calls, emails, and social messages.
• Capture photos/videos of studio activity and posts.
• Create and post Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Maintain organized client and shop records.
• Help with inventory, admin projects, and paperwork.
• Keep shop clean and stocked; follow hygiene procedures.
