Job summary

beem® Virginia Beach is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to drive memberships and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will educate clients on beem® Light Sauna services and help create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that fuels retention and referrals.

The role focuses on sales performance and client experience, engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and digitally, while supporting daily sales initiatives under the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service sales is preferred.
• Ability to clearly explain product benefits and features.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts.
• Explain the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy.
• Follow studio sales process and pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards.
• Actively manage leads during shifts, including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversions.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Greet members and guests and deliver top-tier service in person, over the phone, and via automated systems.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and sanitation between appointments and ensure guest-ready spaces.

The Lead Sales Consultant is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients onbeem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environmentthat drives retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE PRIORITY)

• Sales Execution & Revenue Support
• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts
• Confidently explain the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, andchromotherapy
• Follow studio sales process and pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards asdirected by the Studio Manager
• Actively manage leads during shifts, including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
• Represent beem® Light Sauna professionally as a brand ambassadorClient Experience & Retention
• Greet all members and guests warmly and ensure every visit is outstanding
• Deliver consistent, top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through automated communication systems
• Create a fun, engaging, and professional studio atmosphere that encourages repeat visitsand referrals
• Address basic client questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Studio Managerwhen needed
• Model beem® mission, vision, and values in all interactionsStudio Operations, Cleaning & Support
• Maintain overall studio cleanliness and presentation throughout each shift
• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies
• Ensure treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms, and front desk areas are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of hygieneEnsure proper member check-in, guest registration, and front desk procedures are followed
• Accurately handle phone inquiries, sales transactions, account updates, and customercare calls
• Assist with light administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the StudioManager
• Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
