You're the kind of leader who walks in, reads the room, and takes ownership without waiting to be told — closing sales, coaching the team in real time, and running the floor when the owner isn't on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (fitness/wellness preferred) with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through memberships and packages.
• Strong communicator, organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Close memberships and packages, coach the team, and run the floor on shift.
• Lead tours, handle objections, and model effective sales conversations.
• Own member lifecycle from check-ins to retention and promotions.
• Maintain studio operations, cleanliness, and guest flow between appointments.
