Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our Ardmore studios. You will drive brand standards, manage daily operations, and uphold a clean, inviting space for clients.

In this role you’ll coordinate with the General Manager, schedule preventive maintenance, and lead the Facilities Team to deliver reliable service. A strong hospitality mindset and hands-on maintenance experience are essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of cleanliness standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and clients.
• Able to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long durations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Maintain safety, high-quality client experiences through decision making.
• Conduct daily studio walk-throughs and cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studios before/after classes, clean equipment, restock amenities.
• Maintain common areas, FuelBar, retail shelves, lockers, hallways, and storage areas.
• Assist with equipment repairs and communicate tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate projects with the GM.
• Develop relationships with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
