Job summary

Barry’s in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios. You will partner with the General Manager to uphold brand standards, coordinate daily cleaning, preventative maintenance, and repairs, and ensure a welcoming space for clients.

This role requires strong hospitality values, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including equipment upkeep on site, coordinating with vendors, and training new team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across the studio in collaboration with the GM.
• Uphold brand standards and manage daily cleaning and preventative tasks.
• Conduct regular cleaning, equipment checks, and space preparation for classes.
• Coordinate laundry, deep cleaning of common areas, and storage spaces.
• Assist with repairs to equipment and communicate tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Plan and schedule maintenance projects with vendors and contractors.
• Train and support new and existing team members on facilities practices.
