Job summary

Barry’s Client Facilities Lead role overseeing maintenance across the studio. Responsible for keeping equipment in good order, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a welcoming client experience.

Requires strong hospitality skills, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends. The role includes cleaning, basic repairs, and coordinating with the Facilities Team to maintain a safe, inviting space for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and one weekend day.
• Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week with shifts during studio hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Maintain equipment and spaces, prioritizing safety and high-quality client experiences.
• Perform daily studio cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with repair of equipment and communicate tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Coordinate with management to address facilities issues and improvements.
