Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios and support brand standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment is in good order, spaces are inviting, and maintenance tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.

The role requires strong hospitality, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle both full-time and part-time schedules, and to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance is preferred.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of sanitary standards.
• Strong communication with supervisors, peers, and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management, with reliability.
• Friendly, hospitable attitude; able to lift 30+ pounds and stand long periods.
• Experience using basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to deliver brand standards and studio initiatives.
• Maintain safety, preventive measures, and high-quality client experiences.
• Perform daily studio walk-throughs and uphold cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare spaces before/after classes; clean equipment, restock amenities.
• Deep cleaning of common areas; laundry and towel services.
• Repair small studio fixes and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Communicate tasks to Facilities Team and escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate with General Manager to implement feedback and training needs.
