Job summary

BODYROK Studio is seeking a proactive Studio Advisor in New Jersey to deliver outstanding customer service and drive membership sales. You will assist members in person and via email, maintain a welcoming studio environment, and support instructors while contributing to revenue growth through upselling packages and services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, familiarity with MindBody software, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Drive sales through member promotions, referrals, and inquiries.
• Promote specials and reach out to potential members via email.
