Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, prospects, and guests with high energy and brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present membership options and program benefits.
• Drive membership growth by executing outreach, follow-ups, and lead-generation activities.
• Build relationships in the local community to increase brand awareness and opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
