Job summary

Alloy Personal Training in Orinda, CA seeks a Director of Training to drive membership sales, client retention, and staff development. You will lead a team in delivering premium client engagement, oversee studio operations, and coach employees to achieve growth and exceptional service.

The role requires a strong hunter mindset, leadership of a small team, and a passion for health and fitness. Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a high-end studio environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management and sales experience.
• Experience in business-to-business relationship building.
• Experience managing in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club.
• Experience in presales or other applicable sales.
• Morning, evening and weekend hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and client retention in the studio.
• Hire, train and develop staff; oversee scheduling and payroll.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and monitor performance.
• Generate goals to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate between studio and franchise owner.
