Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to boost dealer product sales within a defined territory. You will service existing Studio Direct Dealers, conduct product training, and manage relationships to improve profitability.

The role involves calls in the field, coordinating with regional management, and leveraging product knowledge to match customers with Dal-Tile products. Base pay starts in the stated range with potential commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, no experience needed.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Increase Dealer product sales within assigned territory.
• Provide sales support to Studio Direct Dealers and train dealer staff.
• Enter call reports in Salesforce and maintain call cadence.
• Develop new business with Studio Direct Dealers and position Dal-Tile products on projects.
• Maintain dealer samples and merchandising to support sales.
