Job summary

School of Rock is seeking a full-time Studio Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, and customer service at our California location. You will greet families, manage communications, and help enroll new students while promoting our music programs.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with events, tours, and administrative tasks, ensuring a positive, professional environment and adherence to school policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relation-building.
• Experience with or interest in working with children.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and adapt under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening/closing the school and attendance tracking.
• Handle scheduling and manage phone/email communications using various platforms.
• Deliver top-quality customer service to students and families; greet and assist visitors.
• Ensure safety and adherence to conduct policies for students.
• Promote and explain the music program; conduct tours and enroll new students.
• Assist General Manager with special projects and administrative duties.
